Duck with orange

Ingredients:
- 1 chopped duck
- 2 oranges
- 1 onion.
- 5 cloves garlic
- Herbs
- Oil, salt and pepper.

Preparation:
- Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
- Place the duck in a suitable baking dish and we water with oil.
- We squeeze the juice from the oranges and add it to the source, trying to bathe duck.
- We add the duck salt, pepper, herbs and chopped garlic and onion, mix well rebozándolo.
- We put the dish in the oven at full power (250 degrees) for about 40 minutes.
- We can serve it sprinkled with a little more juice and garnished with orange slices.
